Winpsheng just finished 2019 Mid-year performance review for sales department. All the staff from sales director to sales assistant reviewed their performace or data in the meeting. It is critical to prepare for mid-year reviews. To make a good review, we have to follow the following aspects: assess our own performance /address our shortcomings/prepare quesitons to ask and to be asked. We can better position ourself for career success and a more valuable relationship with our management.
