1. Can you do the design for us ?

Yes, we have a professional team having rich experience in Wedding favors design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea, we will help to carry out your idea into perfect boxes, such as size , color , your own logo....

2. How about making sample?
Sample Time: 3 -5 working days for white sample; 5-8 working days for printed sample (customized design) after getting artwork.
Sample fee: 
1).60-280usd for samples,It's refundable if place order more than 5000pcs one time one design. 
2).the cost for white sample is refundable after confirming order.

3. For same products, Why your price is higher than other supplier in this market?

Different products has different price, although the same product which use different paper and workmanship will have different price, as suppliers, we promiss to provide the best pre-sales and after-sales service for the customers!

4. The shipping cost is too high, can you give me more cheaper shipping cost or free shipping?

When we calculate the shipping cost for you, we will use the cheapest and safest courier, and it is shipping company who ask us to pay, we can't give you any cheaper or free, pls kindly understand.But we can promise that we will not ask you to pay more shipping cost, if you think it is too expensive, we can use your own shipping company or agent in China  which is cheaper,it is ok for us as well.
