Q1:Are you a manufactuer or trading company?
A:We are a manufacturer with own factory, which is located in Shenzhen, Guangdong province.
Q2:What kind of design format and details should we provide if we want to order pop up cards?
A:About format,AI and PDF, and no less than 300 dpi with or without bleed size.About details, providing pop up part design is better.If not,we also can design according to your graphic design.
Q3:What about the lead time for mass production?
A:It depends on quantity, normally it's 30-35 days.
Q4:How about the time of sample making and shipping cost?
A:Usually takes 5-7 days.The cost depends on the weight and packing size and your area. I will check it for you before sending the sample. But the sample cost can be refundable after you place the order.
Q5:If the products have some quality problem, how will you deal with it?
A:Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping. If the quality problem of products caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.
